As the General Manager of the four-star Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments in Budapest, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in hospitality.

My journey began in 2013 when I joined the hotel as an intern during my studies. Since then, I’ve worked my way up through various roles—from front desk to Operations Manager—before stepping into the role of General Manager.
Over the years, I’ve also contributed to the operational and strategic development of several boutique hotels. I am passionate about creating a sustainable balance between operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. For me, successful hotel management is about more than just numbers—it's about building strong teams, optimizing processes, and truly understanding the needs of our guests.

As a co-founder of Roomwise, my mission is to translate this practical experience into actionable, results-driven strategies for our partners—always with clarity, transparency, and impact.

With over a decade of experience in various areas of the hospitality industry, I’ve worked in a wide range of properties—from small boutique hotels to international chains and large-scale resorts.

My time abroad, in both Thailand and the United States, broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of the complex world of hospitality, helping to shape a more strategic and forward-thinking professional approach.

Throughout the years, I’ve been involved in nearly every department, but I discovered a particular passion for the exciting and creative field of revenue optimization and pricing strategy. I truly believe that a well-designed and intentional pricing strategy is key to the sustainable success of any accommodation provider.
As part of the Roomwise team, my focus is on helping our partners achieve the highest possible average rates alongside optimal occupancy—ultimately maximizing revenue through clear, data-driven decision-making.

In recent years, I’ve gained experience in front office and hotel operations, primarily at high-traffic urban properties.
I quickly developed a strong understanding of the daily workflows and soon became involved in coordinating behind-the-scenes processes—whether it meant supporting staff, handling administrative tasks, or ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What matters most to me is that guests leave satisfied while the team can work within calm, transparent, and well-structured systems. I firmly believe that an outstanding guest experience starts with thoughtful, well-organized work behind the scenes—and this is where I strive to bring real value.
